At Early Rider, we want to ensure every young adventurer is perfectly matched with their new bike. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused gear within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Gear

  Place the bike or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
